Private Equity company Matter Real Estate acquires remaining 40% shareholding from eleven Group Holdings Limited

Eleven Group sells its minority shareholding in Auxesia Homes Limited delivering over a 14 times return on initial investment to shareholders.

Eleven Group acquired a majority stake in Auxesia Homes Limited in 2018 before selling 60% of its shares to private equity company Matter Real Estate in May 2021.

Following the investment the Auxesia Homes management team went on to acquire a pipeline of 1,000 affordable properties and winning numerous awards for its delivery of homes to its primary user group.

In April 2023 Matter Real Estate made an offer to acquire the remaining 40% shares from 11 Group Holdings realising a return of over 14 times initial investment to the Eleven Group Shareholders in a 4 year period.
