Kingsman Homes appoints Steven Gilmour as Head of Property Acquisitions

Kingsman Homes has appointed Steven Gilmour as Head of Property Acquisitions.

Kingsman Homes a newly formed property business founded by 11 Group has appointed Steven Gilmour as Head of Property Acquisitions. Steven’s experience includes over 4 years at social impact property fund Resonance and more recently heading up the acquisitions team at Get Living and JM Investments.

Kingsman Homes is a young but ambitious property company that will be investing in property and developments  across the UK. With ambitions to not only deliver attractive returns to our shareholders but also deliver a strong social impact for our priority user group.

Steven will be spearheading the Kingsman Homes acquisition team and will be responsible for sourcing, appraisal, project management and delivery of all property acquisitions.
