11 Care Group Supports Bury Council with 23 Units of Supported Accommodation

11 Care Group is proud to be working in partnership with Bury Council, providing 23 units of supported accommodation to some of the borough’s most vulnerable individuals.

This initiative forms part of the wider 11 Group New Properties Pathway, a long-term commitment to delivering safe, sustainable housing solutions that combine accommodation with structured support.

Our model ensures residents are not only given a secure place to live but also the tools, guidance, and support they need to rebuild independence. This includes regular welfare checks, life skills coaching, and tailored pathways into longer-term housing.

Through this partnership:

• 23 individuals are now supported in safe, stable housing.

• Integrated support services are helping to improve independence and wellbeing.
