Our work is grounded in the belief that doing well and doing the right thing can co-exist.
Frustrated with the approach of the private equity (“PE”) firms who thought they were more important than the management teams they were backing, we established 11 Group Holdings to put the teams we backed front and centre of every investment we’ve made.
A family business formed in 2018 by father and son team Christopher Perry Metcalf and Gary Metcalf, we sought to build a business that made a difference to peoples lives, allowing founders to focus on what they enjoy.
